1xBet App Not Working

Back to 1xBet Help Page

Problem

The 1xBet app will not install, will not open, freezes, closes on its own or keeps loading. The cause is usually a leftover old version, low storage, an outdated build or the connection, not your account.

How to solve

  1. Close the app completely and open it again.
  2. Check the connection: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and turn off any VPN.
  3. Check the free storage on the phone. Keep at least 500 MB free for the app and its cache.
  4. Clear the app cache: Android Settings, Apps, 1xBet, Storage, Clear cache (do not clear data unless asked).
  5. Update the app: on Android install the latest APK from the official site, on iPhone update it in the App Store.
  6. If the problem remains, delete the app and install it again from the official source. Your account and balance are not stored on the phone.
  7. If it still fails, contact 1xBet support with your phone model, Android or iOS version, the app version and a screenshot of the error.

FAQ

Why does the 1xBet app say “App not installed”?

Most often an older build of 1xBet is still on the phone, there is not enough free storage or the file was not fully downloaded. Delete the old app, free up space and download the APK again.

Will I lose my account if I reinstall the app?

No. Your account, balance and bets are stored on the 1xBet server, so you only need to log in again.

Should I download an older version if the new one does not work?

No. Do not use third-party APK archives. Old builds can be unsafe or stop working after server updates. Update to the latest official build instead.
